Terms of Service

BlackPrime ("we", "us", "our") is a software development and consulting studio. These Terms apply to any project, engagement, or piece of work agreed between BlackPrime and a client ("you", "the client").

Every project starts with a scope agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before any work begins — what's being built, the rough timeline, and the price. Work outside that agreed scope is treated as a new, separately-priced request, not an automatic extension of the original one.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed with a deposit due before work starts and the remainder due on delivery. Accepted payment methods are listed on the site and may include PayPal and cryptocurrency. Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable; a deposit for work not yet started is refundable if the project is cancelled before it begins.

We aim to deliver what was scoped, on the timeline agreed. Reasonable revisions that stay within the original scope are included; substantial new requests are scoped and priced separately, same as section 2.

We don't promise outcomes we don't control — traffic, sales, or rankings for example depend on many factors outside a build itself. What we do guarantee is that we deliver what was actually scoped and agreed, working as described.

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the deliverable work product (code, design, copy) built specifically for them. BlackPrime retains the right to reuse general-purpose tools, components, and techniques developed along the way in other projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackPrime's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
